How To Order For Pets
The process for ordering prescriptions through Honeybee is pretty simple when ordering for a human. The instructions for placing your first order can be found in their Support Center.
To place the order for your pet, follow those same instructions, but include your pet’s name along with your name in the shipping address section. This will allow Honeybee Health to correctly identify your pet with the veterinarian’s office.
You can also contact them to place your order over the phone if you need assistance.
My Order Experience
I placed my first order through Honeybee on Friday August 16th. The order was placed after business hours.
The automated website notice says they’ll contact my vet directly for prescription approval and the medication will ship in 3-4 business days.
I chose free shipping, which is USPS 1st Class mail. Estimated shipping time is 7-10 days. There was a 2-day shipping option, but I didn’t want to pay extra for shipping so I did not choose it.
As of Monday August 19 Honeybee has received prescription authorization from my vet and charged my credit card for the order.
My order arrived on Wednesday, August 21.
